Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the services (hereinafter, the "Service") provided by Tachibana Beauty Clinic (hereinafter, the "Clinic"). Registered users (hereinafter, "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1Application
1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Clinic concerning the use of the Service. 2. In addition to these Terms, the Clinic may establish various rules and provisions regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter, "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 2User Registration
1. User registration is completed when a prospective registrant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration by the method prescribed by the Clinic, and the Clinic approves the application. 2. The Clinic may decline a registration application if it determines that approval is inappropriate, such as when the applicant has provided false information.
Article 3Management of User ID and Password
1. Users shall appropriately manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility. 2. Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with any third party.
Article 4Online Consultations and Bookings
1. Booking, attending, and paying for the online consultations provided by the Clinic shall be conducted through the platform designated by the Clinic. 2. If unauthorized cancellations or inappropriate use are identified, the Clinic may suspend the relevant User's use of the Service without prior notice.
Article 5Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, Users must not engage in the following conduct: 1. Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals 2. Conduct related to criminal activity 3. Conduct that infringes the copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service, including its content 4. Conduct that destroys or interferes with the functions of the servers or networks of the Clinic, other Users, or any third party
